Getting There

The Conwy Valley line between Llandudno and Blaenau Ffestiniog passes through Betws-y-Coed with three trains daily. For rail information and schedules, call tel. 0845/748-4950 or visit www.nationalrail.co.uk.

The Express bus company services Betws-y-Coed from both Llandudno and Porthmadog. For schedules, call tel. 0871/200-2233 or visit www.arriva.co.uk.

Motorists from Llandudno can take A470 south.

Visitor Information

For information about the town and Snowdonia National Park, head for the local tourist office at Holyhead Road in the town center (tel. 01690/710426). It's open from Easter to October daily 10am to 1pm and 1:30 to 6pm; off-season hours are daily 9:30am to 1pm and 1:30 to 4:30pm.
