"Ramshackle" is too grand a word for this relic of the 1940s. That's good, if your party includes little ones, for even the most destructive 2-year-old can't do much damage, especially out at the tables beside the runway. Decent chili and chowder come in Styrofoam cups, preceding tuna melts and quesadillas. Such specials as the Monte Cristo -- a toasted ham and cheese sandwich -- are about as fancy as it gets. Decor is confined to the model airplanes hanging from the ceiling, several of them fashioned from beer cans.
