This open-air staple -- with its hipster brand of Cuban and Latin music -- continues to draw enormous summertime crowds. The whitewashed stone courtyard serves as the bar, enjoying moonlit (and spotlit) views of St. Peter's Castle and Karada Marina. Nighttime revelers with an appetite can enjoy a full (and somewhat pricey) tree-shaded alfresco meal. When the temperature dips down below what would require a light sweater, the party heads indoors to share space with the indoor restaurant (reservations required). Daily 9pm to 4am. Closed Nov-May.
