Bodrum's oldest cafe opens for breakfast, attracting intellectual types in silver-framed eyeglasses poring over the morning papers available on the rack. By night Mavi becomes a diminutive bar with live Turkish music, and is easy to spot by the crowd gathered around the outdoor tables. Tickets may be required for special events, but you can usually get these at the door. Daily 7am to 2am.
