In a building dating from 1600, the Romagnola offers cuisines from throughout Italy. You might begin with one of the well-flavored risottos or choose from a savory selection of antipasti. The variety of pastas is impressive -- for example, ravioli with truffle essence, garganelli with zucchini, and pasta whipped with asparagus tips. You might also select a terrine of ricotta and arugula (the latter was considered an aphrodisiac by the ancient Romans). For your main course you might try a springtime specialty, capretto (roast goat) with artichokes and potatoes, or filet mignon with basil.
