Southeast of the city center, in the university area, this discovery contains a cellar that stocks more than 1,000 different vintages of wine, including some rare bottles. Nearly all are priced affordably. The well-selected menu changes every 15 days. Admittedly, the food plays second fiddle to the vino, but you can create a tasty and inexpensive meal. A lot of the offerings are deli products, including the famous mortadella of Bologna along with one of the best cheese selections in the city. Pink salami is a local treat, and one of the most popular cheese selections is pecorino di Castel San Pietro.
