Frommer's Review
Some claim that the Carlton, only a few minutes' walk from many of the national monuments, is the best hotel in Bologna, but we feel the honor goes to the Baglioni . The Hilton-style Carlton is a rather austere place with a triangular garden, catering mainly to business travelers. It's modern all the way, with a balcony and a picture window for each room, although the views aren't particularly inspiring. The guest rooms range from medium to large, each with a comfortable bed. The midsize bathrooms are well equipped, with plenty of shelf space.
Facilities:
Restaurant; bar; 24-hr. room service; babysitting; laundry service; dry cleaning; nonsmoking rooms; rooms for those w/limited mobility
