On a sliver of a beach, this inn, owned and managed by American diver Bruce Bowker, is occupied by dedicated scuba divers drawn to its five-star PADI dive facility. This is the most intimate little diving resort on Bonaire and remains one of the island's best values. All rooms have kitchenettes; larger units have a full kitchen, and maid service is provided daily. The accommodations are furnished with tropical rattan, and every year management devotes time and money to paint, repair, and spruce them up. Each of the bathrooms has a shower stall, but not a bathtub, although the many repeat guests, who book this place far in advance every winter, don't seem to care. The hotel will not book through travel agents.
