Frommer's Review
This somewhat sterile, Cold War-era concrete-and-glass tower is still the best address in town. The good-size rooms are the best in Bonn, with such extras as trouser presses and double-glazing on the windows, along with fashionable and well-equipped bathrooms with tub/shower combos and robes. The staff is also excellent.
