Frommer's Review
Kaiser Karl is one of Bonn's gems. Like the Domicil , it has more style and atmosphere than other luxury leaders. Constructed in 1905 as a private town house, it was converted in 1983 into a stylish four-story hotel. The attractive decor includes lacquered Japanese screens, English antiques, Oriental carpets, Venetian mirrors, and Edwardian potted palms. Each beautifully furnished room has a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
