In the heart of 18th-century Bordeaux, surrounded by art galleries and shops, this restaurant attracts gastronomes, hipsters, politicians, journalists, and locals interested in the fun, elegant atmosphere of a brasserie de luxe. Both old-fashioned rooms have late-19th-century decor. The duck-intensive menu lists salad of duck necks stuffed with pistachios, confit of duckling, magret of duckling, and, of course, duck liver.
