Hôtel Burdigala ReviewThis is the best and most appealing hotel in Bordeaux's core. Well manicured, tasteful, and experienced at welcoming international travelers (many of them wine buyers), it rises five floors above a neighborhood that's otherwise devoted to commerce. Originally built in 1988, and frequently renovated, it feels like a modern-day grand hotel. Conservative, contemporary-looking guest rooms are relatively spacious, and the bathrooms are plush.
