Seeko'O Hotel

This is the most daringly modern hotel ever to open in Old Bordeaux. Its jagged glistening white exterior evokes a block of ice. It's got enough electronic gadgetry to launch itself into space -- well, almost. The location of this sci-fi hotel is near the gritty Hangars des Marques, a waterfront development undergoing massive gentrification. Bedrooms have been likened to a space-age bachelor pad, with some circular beds and color schemes of black and white with red splashes like a woman would "slash on" her lipstick. Most of the bedrooms are in essence junior suites, and bathtubs are designed for two.
