With the same kitchen as the highly rated Q's Restaurant , the Hotel Boulderado's Corner Bar is far above your average sandwich shop, although sandwiches and burgers are on the menu, too. Here you can savor a grilled-salmon sandwich, served with red-onion marmalade, spinach, and horseradish aioli. Or you might try a roast turkey BLT with herbed mayo, a grilled Angus sirloin, or pan-roasted halibut with sweet corn-shiitake chowder and zucchini-scallion confit. Those not in search of a full meal can opt for an appetizer, such as fried oysters or chipotle-tomato soup.
