Frommer's Review
Boulder's most popular place for a good hamburger, Tom's has been a neighborhood institution owned by local politician Tom Eldridge for almost 40 years. Located in an early-20th-century building that once housed an undertaker, the tavern has vinyl-upholstered booths and patio seating. Besides the 1/3-pound burgers (made from all-organic Coleman beef) and other sandwiches, you can get a 10-ounce steak, fried chicken, or a veggie burger, not to mention a variety of BBQ plates. Tom's serves dinner anytime.
