Naturally, Simon Pearce tableware graces the tables, with creative modern cuisine served at lunch and dinner. Try the calamari salad or shepherd's pie at lunch, or perhaps the duck or Pennsylvania lake trout for dinner. Brunch is served on Sunday. The restaurant is on the second floor of the glass-blowing factory, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Brandywine Creek. Make sure to stop to see the glass blowers at work.
