A working cattle ranch for more than 3 decades until 1972, the Keystone Ranch now boasts riding stables, a golf course, and this outstanding gourmet restaurant, located in a 1940s ranch house with a mountain-lodge decor. Among the area's best restaurants, the Keystone Ranch offers a six-course menu with a choice of appetizer, followed by soup, salad, and fruit sorbet. Main dishes, which vary seasonally, might include roasted rack of Colorado lamb, grilled duck breast, elk or other game, or fresh seafood. An extensive array of desserts is served in the living room in front of a handsome stone fireplace. There's valet parking and a full bar.
