If you're in Bregenz on a summer night, you don't need nightlife: Few smoke-filled clubs could compete with a walk along the lakeshore and a visit to a cafe. However, if you'd like another diversion, you can visit the Spiel-Casino Bregenz, Platz der Wiener Symphoniker 3 (tel. 05574/45127), where roulette, baccarat, and blackjack are played daily from noon to 3am (Fri-Sat until 4am). Parking in the garage is free, as is entrance to the casino. Entrance is 21€ ($27). Men must wear jackets and ties. The in-house restaurant, Falstaff, offers a fixed-price four-course menu (it includes the admission charge) for 52€ ($68).
