This central microbrewery is a regular spot for visiting British stag parties (courtesy of Ryanair), but don't let that put you off. Sample the wheat beer -- a rarity in the barley-only Czech Republic. The tables are usually fully booked by 8pm, so go early to get a spot. This is also an in-house hotel with clean rooms at decent prices.
