Frommer's Review

This is another Communist-era hotel trying to make it in the free market. The rooms still have that Communist trademark of being a little on the small side and a little too modern for those expecting an old-world European experience. The very helpful staff is approachable for advice on how to reach the sights. The Continental is north of the city center, so you'll get some cleaner air and a nice short walk into the center.
