Decorated with American Indian weavings and baskets, the restaurant has two large stone fireplaces and picture windows looking out at the park. The menu changes periodically but usually has items such as Alaskan sockeye salmon topped with sun-dried-tomato pesto, rack of lamb, and steaks, including a bison tenderloin. There are also pasta and vegetarian dishes. Then there are the lodge's specialty ice creams and desserts, such as the exotic and very tasty wild "Bryceberry" bread pudding.
