Bo-Bo is short for Bourgeois Bohemian, whatever that contradictory term is supposed to mean. This little boutique hotel is high on charm and gives you the sense that you've stepped back in time. The rooms have modern touches, though, with bold colors and white surfaces. Some have terraces. Each room has a different theme and name, such as the Angelina Room, which has a Jacuzzi and balcony. One room is also available for travelers with disabilities and, though this is a turn-of-the-20th-century building, an elevator has been added for the convenience of all. Children under 14 are generally not allowed. The excellent restaurant is overseen by Chef Adrian Sarkassian. You might also just want to come by for drinks at the bar, an enjoyable place to meet before going to dinner at one of the many great restaurants in Palermo.
