This is one of the best Italian restaurants you'll find in Palermo Viejo. It's upscale and yet very family-style, so much so that manager Guido Bioloi often has his grandchildren in his arms as he leads you to your seat. Traditional homemade pastas and sauces, Seafood of the Day, and Saltimbocca alla Romana await you as you dine amid their Pompeiian red interior. Wine is served by the glass and the bottle, and an upstairs loft has seating under a skylight. This restaurant is often exceedingly crowded, but with good reason.
