Frommer's Review
Painted green on the outside and all over the inside, the clean and basic Hostel Nómade is in a charming little house a few blocks from Plaza Dorrego. There are several rooms with bunk beds scattered about, and three of the rooms can be rented privately, but none come with private bathrooms. A TV room, complete with a pool table and self-service drink station, creates an environment for everyone to come back and share stories about his or her adventures in the city. The majority of the clients in this location are young Europeans, mostly Germans. Like most hostels, there do not seem to be enough bathrooms for all the beds in this place, but if you know hostel living, that's the way it usually is. A narrow staircase from the center of the house leads to the enormous rooftop terrace, complete with an asado (grill). Towels and sheets are provided for guests.
Facilities:
Self-service drink station; concierge; TV room; free Internet; shared kitchen
