Well located in the Microcentro, this Howard Johnson's has rooms that are larger than average and decorated in golds and yellows. There are oversize safes, great for laptops. All rooms are Wi-Fi capable at no charge and come with desks and color TVs, and are surprisingly quiet for the location. The lobby restaurant has a small business center with free access to two computers. On the rooftop, you'll find a small heated indoor pool and sauna complex with great views of the surrounding city. Prices are somewhat high for a Howard Johnson's and the hotel uses a two-tiered rate system -- one for foreigners and one for locals.
