The Glu ReviewTaking its name from the family that owns it -- the Glusmans -- this is one of the newest boutique hotels in Palermo, opened at the end of 2008. Rooms have a simple decor, with neutral and dark tones and hardwood floors, but with a splash of color via a floral wall pattern. What makes the hotel special, in addition to service, is how quiet it is compared to other boutique hotels in Palermo Soho, which strive to be social centers. Walls and windows are specially insulated, so when you're done having your fun on the town, this will be a quiet respite. The rooftop sun deck has a Jacuzzi.
