Typical Turkish fare (including a decadent serving of fried ice cream) is served in this diminutive, cozy, and perfectly, well, perfect historic Ottoman house. Outside in the garden are cloth-covered picnic tables and flowering vines enclosed by brick and ancient stone walls. The neighborhood hominess extends indoors to a narrow dining room lined with banquettes strewn with colorful pillows. A tiny room on the second floor is used as a coffee corner and has a lovely view of the street and old fortress.
