The first guesthouse in Bursa, this hotel occupies a beautiful saffron-colored Ottoman mansion on a historic street across from Tophane Park. Rooms are characterized by old mattresses and worn flannel or print bedspreads, making the entire experience more like spending the weekend in a friend's garret. This of course assumes a minimum level of cleanliness, and the rattiness itself can be somewhat charming.
