Make no mistake: You go to Mambo Café to dance. Part of a chain of bars around Mexico, it features a Caribbean concept with a marine tropical ambience, playing contemporary Latin music. Tiered levels of seating lead to the expansive dance floor, where high-energy live music sets the tone. It's open Wednesday through Sunday from 9pm. Thursday is ladies' night, which means women drink free from 9 to 11pm.
