Although the Sultan's Tent is located in a modern Western building, the restaurant's interior has been transformed by carpets and tapestries into a pretty good imitation of a Saharan tent. If you like great couscous, you should definitely make this a stop. Go all out and order the Sultan's Feast (C$42/US$37; vegetarian version C$36/US$29), which includes all the trimmings and provides an evening's worth of eating and entertainment.
