A little bit of Old Havana off Stephens Avenue, Conga offers flavors (and sounds) of Latin America. A large tapas menu provides finger food for two or lunch if you're dining solo; try the ceviche, empanadas, or camarones (shrimp) with mango chipotle aioli. The main dish selection is very broad, from Argentine-style steaks to paella to sweet chile salmon with fruit salsa. The long, very narrow restaurant opens up in back to reveal a dance floor, where live salsa bands perform on Thursday through Saturday evenings.
