Frommer's Review
Owned by the proprietors of the respected but now defunct Le Chateaubriand, Harbour Grill still features much of that restaurant's same quality menu in an attractive location, complete with views of Discovery Passage. The dinner menu features many worthy relics of mid-20th-century fine dining. Yes, you can actually order a real chateaubriand here, an arm-size roast of beef tenderloin drizzled with béarnaise and topped with asparagus. Other classics of Kennedy-era cuisine include duck with orange sauce and veal Oscar. In summer, fresh seafood receives more contemporary preparations. The Harbour Grill isn't exactly a food museum -- for one thing, the new location is too bright and modern -- it's more like time-travel cuisine, and great fun at that.
