The Kervansaray has been welcoming guests down at the wharf for nigh around 20 years now. Over the years, the management has made additional upgrades to this former customs depot, including a sauna, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, and a juice bar. The hotel is arranged around an inner atrium, echoing the structure of a historic caravansaray. A room facing the sea will get you a tiny balcony just wide enough to seat a couple with their feet rested atop the stone balcony wall. Some of the rooms are carpeted and some have wood floors, and there's a cozy corner unit arranged around a small stone chimney. It's all very charming and comfortable, although perhaps a bit less elegant than one would expect from a hotel that bills itself as a boutique property.
