La Casa de las Margaritas is a celebration of the flavors and ¡fiesta! spirit of Mexico. With a decor as vibrant as a piñata, and a soundtrack of background music that ranges from mariachi to marimba, the experience here is a crash course in the festive spirit of this colorful country. On the menu, best bets include the Margarita shrimp, sautéed in garlic, cream, and chipotle chile sauce; chicken breast served with three flavorful mole sauces; or the platter of chicken enchiladas topped with tomato-and-sun-dried-pepper sauce. Located inside La Isla shopping center, Casa de las Margaritas also serves a spectacular Sunday brunch. Live music is offered nightly.
