Hôtel de Provence ReviewBuilt in the 1930s, this hotel is small and unpretentious -- a contrast to the intensely stylish, larger hotels of the competition. Most of the rooms have private balconies, and many overlook the shrubs and palms of the hotel's walled garden. Guest rooms are showing their age but are still comfortable. For Cannes this is a remarkable bargain. In warm weather, breakfast is served under the flowers of an arbor.
