This modern hotel on a commercial street, with stores on its ground floor, is about a 3-minute walk from the beach. Three-quarters of its rooms have views of the water, and the others overlook the mountains and a street. The soft Devonshire-cream facade has a few small balconies. The attractive rooms are the draw here, with matching fabrics for the comfortable beds and draperies, and sliding mirror doors on wardrobes. Bathrooms, though small, are neatly organized.
