The park has two campgrounds, both open year-round. In the Island in the Sky District, Willow Flat Campground (elevation 6,200 ft.) has 12 sites, picnic tables, fire grates, and vault toilets; camping is $10. In the Needles District, Squaw Flat Campground (elevation 5,100 ft.) has 26 sites, fire grates, picnic tables, flush toilets, and year-round drinking water; the fee is $15 per night. Neither campground accepts reservations. Primitive campsites are also available throughout the park for four-wheelers and backpackers (permits required).

Near Island in the Sky, the campground at Dead Horse Point State Park has electric hookups. Additional camping facilities are available on nearby public lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management and U.S. Forest Service; commercial campgrounds and public showers are located in Moab.
