This popular restaurant offers a good selection of fresh, healthy foods, although the service can be a bit slow, especially at dinner. Known for its locally raised trout, the cafe is equally famous for its 10-vegetable salad. Vegetables are grown locally, and several dishes -- such as spaghetti and fettuccine primavera -- can be ordered vegetarian or with various meats or fish. Steaks and chicken are also served. The atmosphere is casual, with comfortable seating, American Indian crafts, and large windows. The restaurant offers beer and wine.
