This long-time favorite is probably your best budget choice in the Sabana Grande area. The rooms are clean and comfortable and come with air-conditioning, cable television, and a small refrigerator. The rooms aren't particularly large, but some have a small private balcony. The Savoy is just a block off the main pedestrian mall of Sabana Grande, close to a score of restaurants, and about 4 blocks from the nearest metro stop. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
