Frommer's Review
An abbey in the 12th century, this building at the edge of a stone square lies in the town center. It was converted into a charming hotel in 1983 after major repairs to the masonry and roof. Most rooms were renovated, or at least repainted, in the late 1990s. The rooms contain no-frills furniture and acceptably comfortable mattresses. Bathrooms are just large enough. The owners are proud of the massive stone staircase that twists around itself. Make reservations at least a couple of months ahead if you plan to stay here during summer.
