Casablanca's selection of restaurants is amongst the best in Morocco, with many specializing in seafood. All those recommended here are fairly easy to find, with a section of rue Allal ben Abdallah, opposite the Marché Centrale, recently becoming a lively restaurant-bar strip within walking distance of many city center hotels. Besides the eating establishments listed here, there are plenty of snak restaurants to be found, serving up cheap rotisserie chicken, fried seafood, chawarmas, and sandwiches.
