Casablanca's selection of restaurants is among the best in Morocco, with many specializing in seafood. All those recommended here are fairly easy to find, with a section of rue Allal ben Abdallah, opposite the Marché Centrale, recently becoming a lively restaurant-bar strip within walking distance of many city-center hotels. Besides the eating establishments listed here, there are plenty of snak restaurants to be found, serving cheap rotisserie chicken, fried seafood, chawarmas, and sandwiches.
