Casablanca's best Chinese restaurant opened in 1993, and is a traveler-friendly establishment with English-language menus and a large choice of dishes to accommodate all tastes. There are standards such as Mongolian sizzling beef and sweet-and-sour pork, as well as a few different choices such as the Triple Delight fish, prawn, and calamari soup, or sliced duck in mustard sauce. Vegetarians will be pleased with options that include a delicious Szechwan tofu and eggplant sautéed in garlic and soy. The decor is as you'd expect -- a laughing Buddha at the entrance, Asian-style lamps -- with Chinese background music and air-conditioning adding a sense of tranquillity. They're licensed to sell alcohol and open during Ramadan.
