This Art Deco, family-run hotel is a traveler's favorite and beats all others hands-down for friendly and helpful staff. Most of the rooms have been recently refurbished -- now with brightly colored walls and newly tiled and fitted bathrooms. Ask to see a few rooms when checking in. Special touches such as free Internet and Wi-Fi and staff that is happy to assist with any query or difficulty are what make Guynemer different. Their licensed Moroccan restaurant (now air-conditioned) can get lively with tour groups, and has live oud music nightly; otherwise you're only a short walk to the city's better restaurants. You'll need to book your stay ahead of time, and you can also request an airport or railway station pickup.
