A convenient lunch spot right across from the Giant’s Causeway, the Smuggler’s Inn serves traditional pub lunches. Choose from a few sandwiches and light snack options, or go for the full works like hefty burgers, fish and chips, or chicken goujons (strips of meat, breaded and deep fried). There’s also a separate children’s menu. In the evening it’s much the same kind of thing but pushed up a notch in terms of choice—a couple of steaks join the menu, as well as the occasional dish with a bit more ambition, such as roast duck with fruity red cabbage and a sherry reduction. Like several places around here, euros are accepted as well as pounds. The Smuggler’s also has rooms available for around £100 per night.
