Islanders, who flock here, call this place "Bussy's" in honor of its likable owner, Bussy Dilbert, who is the island's most popular and beloved innkeeper. For a drink, a room, or a meal, many devotees of this place wouldn't go anywhere else. You're offered a choice of indoor or outdoor dining, and the restaurant is decorated with wood furnishings and pictures of nautical life and island memorabilia.

Bussy's jerk chicken is the best on the island and as zesty as any in Jamaica. Most dishes come with corn bread, rice, red beans, or fried plantains. Fresh and locally caught mahimahi, kingfish, or snapper appear frequently on the menu, and these catches of the day are served in a lemon sauce with sautéed vegetables. One of the island's best T-bones appears here with side dishes of your choice. Other delights include savory conch fritters; shrimp, lobster, or turtle dishes; and fish and chips. The Key lime pie is the eternal favorite.
