Frommer's Review
This stellar restaurant centers on a pentagonal fireplace. Specialties change seasonally but may include omble chevalier (lake fish) meunière, medallions of veal in white-truffle sauce, rack of lamb roasted with herbs (for two), and sinful desserts such as a mousse of apples and white chocolate. The excellent cellar contains more than 500 wines, many reasonably priced. In summer, you can lunch next to the pool in the garden. There's music in the adjacent piano bar every night.
