If you're looking for somewhere to have a drink, the best -- and pretty much the only -- bar in town is within the otherwise overrated Hotel Parador. The bar itself isn't that great, but the outdoor pool and covered terrace have a fantastic view of the hills and the Spanish Mosque. It's a pleasant spot to enjoy a cold beer or a coffee.
