You couldn't ask for a better location, right across from Water Tower Place. This place is like a mini department store, with books, magazines, CDs, and computer software spread over four floors, and a cafe with a view overlooking the Mag Mile. There's also a Borders in the Loop at 150 N. State St., at Randolph Street (tel. 312/606-0750), and one in Lincoln Park at 2817 N. Clark St., at Diversey Avenue (tel. 773/935-3909).
