Getting There

Trains depart for Chichester from London's Victoria Station once every hour during the day. The trip takes 1 1/2 hours. Buses leave from London's Victoria Coach Station once a day. For schedules, call tel. 0871/781-81-81 or visit www.nationalexpress.com.

If you're driving from London's Ring Road, head south on the A3, turning onto the A286 for Chichester.

Visitor Information

The Tourist Information Centre, 29A South St. (tel. 01243/775888; www.visitchichester.org), is open October to March Monday 10:15am to 5:15pm and Tuesday to Saturday 9:15am to 5:15pm. From April to September the center is open Monday to Saturday 9:15am to 5:15pm and Sunday 11am to 3:30pm.
