The rooms at this 1850s lakeside farmhouse are fitted out in full country-inn style, with dark wood furniture and floral-patterned fabrics. Most are fairly large, and a few have a view out over the lake. In the large restaurant (closed Mon) you can get affettati misti (cold cuts sliced the old-fashioned way, by hand) and fish fresh from the lake. In summer, you can dine on an open lake-view terrace and toast the view with a torta al limone (in this case, an American-style lemon meringue pie) for dessert.
